No Talking

We’ve just finished reading the book, No Talking!, by Andrew Clement.  Students are asked to leave a comment about our own experiments at ‘No Talking’.  Miss M.

Students have read excerpts from Zlata’s Diary as we prepared for Remembrance Day. Some of them wrote letters to Zlata about her life in Sarajevo and in America afterwards. They’ve recorded their letters.

For Remembrance Day, our class did a multimedia presentation about how the paper clip became a symbol for resistance against Hitler in Norway. A class in Whitwell, Tennessee did a research project about it and decided to collect 6 million paper clips, one for each of the Jews killed in WWII. Hear all about the project.
